The Casey Anthony Verdict: Not Guilty

If I wanted to cynically try to generate a bunch of hits on my blog--and I do--I'd post something about The Casey/Caylee Anthony Story. How about this:
I did not "follow" the trial. I read a few stories about it, and it seemed to me the prosecution's case was VERY circumstantial.

It was NEVER any more than a 'local' story til that harridan Nancy Grace got a'hold of it and decided to burnish her rep and boost HNN's dismal (and deserved) ratings.

"Oh, look! A Missing White Girl!"

    Even with as little as I heard about the case, it sounded very circumstantial, and we were spoon fed only what would make viewers upset – thinking was discouraged.
